Dayna has over 10 years of experience in revenue management systems; managing upgrades and implementation in professional billing platforms, project management of system-wide initiatives for documentation and billing processes, serving as a liaison between clinical operations and revenue management staff, and educating clinical staff on compliance with state and federal payer policies, regulations, optimizing reimbursement. Dayna’s past experience in the provider setting, and now in consulting, enables her to give a unique perspective when assisting clients in all aspects of revenue management.

  • Pricing Transparency reviews, to include review of contracts and creation of Machine-Readable Files (MRFs) that meet government requirements

  • Strategic Pricing reviews, to include review of contracts, pricing guidelines, current fee structure, to provide multiple potential scenarios to assist in achieving optimized goals.

  • Denial management analytics, analysis and operational support.

  • Financial analytics to include sampling utilizing the Statistical Sampling Software (RAT-STATS) endorsed by the Office of Inspector General, along with associated extrapolations.
